About ICM

Integrated Care Management has a wide variety of services available on a national basis, both for the Property and Casualty markets and for Disability Management markets, making ICM a truly integrated disability management company.

The Property and Casualty insurer normally uses a cost containment approach for Workers' Compensation, Automobile and General Liability cases. ICM responds with case management which can be field based, telephonic, or on-site; URAC approved Utilization Management; Medicare Set-Aside planning (MSA); and Life Care Planning.

With ICM's Integrated Disability Management expertise, an employer is able to integrate Workers' Compensation (WC), Short term Disability (STD) and Long term Disability (LTD) programs for employers. Going well beyond Case Management (on-site, regional, and telephonic), we resolve STD and LTD eligibility, make FMLA determination, and assist with ADA compliance. We develop return to work and modified work programs. We also assist with benefit coordination between company, individual, and social security assistance. When needed we provide job analysis and assistance with union negotiations. Our experts manage the Family Medical Leave (FMLA), and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as well as Occupational Health, Wellness, Safety, and Disease Management Programs.
