Have What It Takes?
Do you possess excellent verbal and written communication skills? Can you multi-task and comfortably wear the many hats required of a case manager? Are you independent but ready/willing/able to help a fellow case manager when called upon? Do you see technology as your friend and not as something to fear? Can you be an advocate for all concerned parties—the injured worker, the employer, the adjuster, TPAs and everyone connected to a case? Are you part nurse, part psychologist with some teaching ability for good measure? Do you play well with others? If yes, it’s time to talk.
