Do You Like to Be Heard?
Case Managers are our most important asset. In fact, if you reviewed our company org chart you'd see case managers at the top. They do our heavy lifting and need a voice within ICM. That's why we created the Leadership Council comprised of case managers, salespeople, human resources and senior executives. The Council helps set policies and create programs for the entire organization and ensure that decisions can be applied to the daily process of managing each case to improve outcomes for the injured worker, referral source, and employer.
Take Your Work Seriously But Don't Take Yourself Too Seriously?
ICM's culture is one of hard work and achievement. It’s also one that enjoys a good time. Talk to an ICM case manager and you'll immediately get a sense of their enthusiasm for the company and their peers.
