Once again, you have gone above and beyond the call of duty! The Case Manager intervened in a most capable and responsible way in getting an injured employee home while I was out of my office. She "manned the stations" long after regular business hours, and did it all in a very professional way. She was able to get the patient seen by a doctor for a first time evaluation within hours of his arrival to his home state when problems with analgesics arose! Your staff deserves a bonus!
